Dave (Extreme Hurricane)
Dave (Extreme Hurricane) is an 8 year old black tuxedo male who comes to us after a very fulfilling second career saving lives as a blood donor in a local vet’s office. Dave loves to romp in the back yard, then snuggle up for long afternoon naps. He totally ignores the mouthy cat that lives in his foster home, and gets along well with another greyhound and golden retriever mix. Dave is learning how much fun the park can be with his greyhound friends. Fostered in FWB.
UPDATE: Dave has gone to his forever home in Lousianna for a THIRD career as a nursing home pet doggie by day, and well-loved canine companion by night. PS – His new Dad’s name is also Dave!!
In most cases, senior adoption fees are reduced. In our program, dogs are considered seniors after the age of 10.
